There’re many things in air about comedienne Mo’Nique’s . Other than her outstanding performance in ‘Precious’ the most exciting thing about her that has attracted attention of masses is that she’s almost 50 lbs. lighter. Known as one time’s big girl she’s appeared on the Oprah show as slimmed down. Well, what’s the inside of Monique weight loss, that’s a must for you to know, so you can have a better weight loss plan: So, here it goes:

What Mo’Nique told people is that she had planned to lose a total of 65 lbs. She feels she’s far behind and couldn’t do that much, still it’s encouraging. Her main focus was changing eating habits so she cut out junk food like cake, cookies, and chips, and instead of red meat and fried foods, she eats fresh fish and drinks a gallon of water each day. She also hired trainer Erica Sammy and has maintained a proper gym time for the whole week.

If you just look into this seriously you’ll find that only sticking to the goals made Monique do best, and there was no surgery involved. So give it a try, be consistent and have fun.
